This diagnostic quality tele-ECG machine (12 leads) is equipped with intelligent algorithms for auto interpretation of ECG. The device can detect 48 types of cardiac conditions. The smart workflow enables the ECG to be reviewed and reported by a remote physician thereby making cardiac diagnostics accessible in rural setup.
Cardiac Design Labs (CDL) has designed and built compact and intelligent ECG devices, for long term cardiac monitoring as well as regular ECG screening. The devices are of diagnostic quality and equipped with intelligent algorithms for real time analysis of ECG and auto interpretation. It is also equipped with workflow for remote review and reporting of ECGs. CDL devices are being used by leading cardiologists and electrophysiologists across India in some of the leading hospitals and clinics.
The current set of products are:
• beatWISE Holter cum event recorder – This is a small compact device designed for long term monitoring. This comes in two variants:
o Standard holter with Analysis software. This can record & store up to 14 days of continuous ECG
o Holter cum event monitor (mobile based) that can record ECG date up to 30 days, display live ECG over mobile, analyze in real time and alert for key conditions
• beatWISE 12 lead tele ECG – This is a compact 8 channel, 12 lead resting tele-ECG which can be used for standard resting ECG screening. It is equipped with algorithms for auto interpretation of ECG
With more than 25% of the global population suffering from cardiac disease, it is the single largest killer. In India alone 64 million people are suffering from CVD as per the WHO. With shortage of cardiologists and technicians the advanced cardiac tests are limited to large hospitals. CDL’s devices uses intelligent algorithms to analyze ECG in real time and detect cardiac conditions. This along with its workflow for remote reporting, removes the need for a skilled personnel to be on the site. This enables cardiac tests to be done in rural setup there by democratizing cardiac diagnostics for masses.
Enabling smaller healthcare setups to do cardiac tests, helps in early detection of the disease and thereby improving the over quality of care.
By making advance diagnostics accessible to people in smaller setups this solution has enabled early detection of the disease and helped bring down the cost of care.
